I know it mean Free On Board, but what's the sense, i've find this :

FOB - FREE ON BOARD: This means the shipper (seller) has upheld his/her part of the agreement when the goods pass the ship's rails at the port of exit. The receiving party (buyer) assumes risk and costs associated with the goods once they pass the ship's rail in the seller's home port. Due to the specific mention of the ship's rails, an aircraft or other mode of transport cannot be used in conjunction with FOB.

By this , i've understand that once the goods arrive at an italian port, i have to provide for the shipment to my location or not.
Any help is appreciated.

a customs broker will clear out the goods you have just imported from eg. china. Their main job is to locate ur goods, fill out entry forms and arrange for a customs inspector to clear ur goods. They hand you 2 bills..one of which is the customs charge and the other is their own comission.
Usually, you will need customs brokers if you import something over a certain value and/or if the goods you are importing have certain restrictions on them.

if u need more help, just post here...i'll help the best i can.

FOB- a term used mainly by buyers to sellers of import memory sticks, psp's and ipods on ebay

mod edit; un-called for and in-appropriate on a public forum!

JinkSTAR, I have edited the final bit of your post as it was not really appropriate for a public forum..
