I´m ordering some clothes from the US to Spain, I have a couple of questions, if anyone can help.

When the goods arrive in Spain at the DHL depot, do customs check the goods and assess what duty is to be paid?

Do I pay the duty to customs before goods are released or do the freight company bill me?

What is the rate of import duty on clothes from the US?
