OK... I didnt ask the questions to test your knowledge.... I tried to get you to think law..... anyone who gives another money, goods or a service [anything really] in exchange for goods or a service is entering the legal world of contract... not many of them go wrong... but we only hear about the ones that do... when one does it is worthwhile knowing a little about whats going on and as prevention is always better than cure a little forethought may help you to deal with the situation effectively.... the first 2 questions are quite straight forward.... the third is the one that should make you think.... Is it illegal to sell or fit mod chips to gaming machines?.... well it would depend on the gaming machine... a fruit/slot machine can be a gaming machine... so the answer is in the question.... when you have a possible problem always look at the wording... always look at the facts... always look at the possibilities... and always always look at it for what it is.... not what you assume it is..... most contracts are so complicated because every step is explained so as to avoid misinterpretation,
My law professor always stated.... the answer to a legal question is one of 4 options.... yes, no, maybe, dont know...... but the question is everything.
Hope this helped.
