Default Does Your Exporter really know how to export??

Dear All,

Hi Guys. We have been reading a lot of people being Scammed by their Suppliers. Item not Received, Get Your money and ran away. Yet, That might be true, There are Doddgy Suppliers out there. But Our concern here is Does your supplier know how to export???

As a buyer What we usually do when We are going to buy stuff from Overseas, As long as the price right, Lower MOQ and Accept Paypal Than OK! I will buy stuff from them!

thats totally wrong! Look into their Invoice, Does Your Supplier send you detail of Commerical Invoice that a "must" Documents for Custom Clearence?. Simply Commercial Invoice is a documents that provide customs with:
================================================== ======
1. Shipper Information: Information in terms of address and tax Number
2. Recepient Information in term of Address and Tax Number. ( Personal SSN Number )
3. Material of the products: For anyone who would like to import Branded Apparel, Your supplier need to write Woven Fabricated while for Unbranded Apparel (Knitted Fabricated )
4. HS Code of the apparel.
5. FOB Price ( Price before shipping )
6. CNF price ( Price after shipping )
7. The Purpose of the shipment: commercial, Gift, sample.
8. Payment terms. Paypal, T/T Escrow.
================================================== ======

All the details above need to be Mentioned in details in the Invoice. even the box need to be mentioned with 100 % made from full paper containing Non Dangerous Material.

We have red some people asking to buy 2000 USD full of inventory and ask if they could receive the goods as a GIFT!.

Guys always be in their shoes ( custom ). Customs are a very Proffesional Institution who has high Standard Operation Procedure. In return we as a wholesaler and Buyer should also understand what they want. Importing is not as simple as 1,2,3 But if We do in a proffesional way than the custom would also treat us in a proffesional way. and you wont loose your money!

Well anyone looking for Comm. invoice template just let us know. we are happy to share information to make sure everything are went well.

Hope this helps.

Best Regards,

Adrian Mulyadi
