Hello this is my first post..
I just ordered some Windows Vista os from china.
I am just trying this out before setting up a business, making sure these are legit.
Does anyone know how much VAT i would be paying and Import duty on these, i have orderded 11 discs.

Sorry to break the news to you but i dont thiink they will be legit copys, thats assuming they even get through custums. There are thousands of chinese sites selling microsoft, coral, and other software. All fake and 90% of the time the serial key apairs on a black list so you coundnt even use them.

Well thanks for the info, maybe i am dealing in the wrong products.
I did pay through paypal, would paypal reimberse me then if customs keep them?
Could i ask what are the best good to import then from China that are legal?

There is pretty much zero chance they are real. Do not buy anything branded from China.

PayPal will not give you your money back if your order is taken by customs. That isn't the sellers fault as they have done their job (even though they're selling fake goods), it's your fault. If the parcel gets inspected, I doubt customs will release the package.

how long is a piece of string?
well thats a question many of us spend a lot of time researching. Basically anything is good as long as it makes a profit worthwhile and secondly is legal.
need any help with sourcing from china, let me know, we speak chinese (which happens to reduce the price a lot)
