Can any freight forwaders contact me or agents to import products from china.

Do they deal with everything from picking goods up from china and delivering to door including dealing with customs. If so how much will it cost

you can ask the forwarder to provide door-to-door service or provide CY-to-CY service. if you want door-to-door service, the forwarder can deliver the goods to your warehouse just like a carrier.
