Yes i said i dont have one now but i explaniained i need the stock first to sstart selling but they still say no must have a VAT number, what i might do now i just not deal with the bigger wholsalers and just get my stuff from china.

Maybe they are using the VAT Number issue to fob you off? Maybe they do not want your business?

I am surprised that they will only do business if you got VAT number. They still have to charge VAT whether you have a VAT number or not. On the other hand they prob asking for your VAT number to prove your a bona-fide trade buyer.

I thought they might be fobbing me off but i always tell them to look at the site to prove that i aint just gonna get there stock and sell on ebay so i dont know what there problem is.
