If i wanted to start a small e-commerce website selling designer clothes say at a turno over for 5 grand a year.

If for example i was selling ralph lauren and evisu,,,
does anyone know if i would need any licenses?
what i need to pay in terms of tax etc.?
does anyone reckon this target would be reachable ?
i am only a sixteen year old trying to make some money btw so forgive me if i sound like a real amateur.

You will have to meet certain requirements for brand name distribution.
ie. Business license, minimum 3-10 years in the fashion industry, minimum annual turnover etc.
