Hi I have a shipment coming into Heathrow but the service only goes to Heathrow andi have to sort it out from there.

This is the first time i have done this so have a few questions.

Am i able to pick the packages up from Heathrow or do i have to get a courier to deliver it? Am i able to sort the custom clearence myself or do i need a broker? If so can anyone reommend me a cheap one?

Do i need to fill out any paper work? If so what?

Sorry for all the questions but am a total newbie to all this, normally get it delivered straight to my door.

Thanks

The two UK gents have it right. I'm a freight forwarder in the US and you'll need someone to navigate the airlines and customs protocols for you. My best advise is to find this and set it up quickly as you're going to be hit with airline storage charges the longer it sits on their warehouse floor (and they usually aren't cheap). Your forwarder should be able to help.
