Common sense ie. Shops don't make 1400 euros when they sell 2 laptops and a 50" TV.

Already did a google and found no bad post's.
So the customs fee is a scam and would you also agree the customs never see this.( is there any way to check this up)

There is nothing to check I am afraid. The suppliers you paid never had the items in the first place and therefore nothing has been sent.

is unfortunate and i do have a certain amount of sympathy........
is a tough lesson to learn , but hopefully this will never happen
to your friend again.Maybe try and use pay pal using your credit card
when making an initial payment with supplier next time , at least then if
everything does go wrong again he can try a charge back with
credit card company...

I also hope he will never try to source branded goods from china again ,
there are plenty of top quality suppliers elsewhere many in the e.u...

Just a matter of research , research and more research and also lots
of patience

Good Suppliers dont just turn up at your front door , you have to really work at it....

i dont think the poster is actually getting the point here ill break it down and i dont mean this in any way to sound demeaning.

Your friend sent money for goods to scammers in china.

These scammers have no goods...nothing.

Therefore they send back....nothing.

Scammers have money...your friends money.

Your friend has...nothing.

Scammers 1 - 0 Your friend
