If your parcel was shipped by HK post or EMS then its handled by Royal Mail here,if you have any import charges from Royal Mail you wont get the parcel until you pay,they put a card through you door & keep the package at the sorting office for a max of 3 weeks.

The cost really a little high ! which capacity ? include VAT ?
