Is there a list where i can see all countries Import Tax percentages?

You may be hard pressed to find all of this information in one area, since many of them fluctuate and would take some commitment to maintain.

You are best off going to the particular country of import/export and review it from there.

I was afraid that was going to be the case. I am surprised there is not a site like XE but for import/export % fluctuactions.

I found this which may be quite helpful to some people. You would need to check the Tariff codes on what products you are importing but its a good guide anyway.

i think we have it figured out. for large order we are using an Asian Logistics Company for delivery within the USA, Canada, and Europe. They take care of everything for you for a small fee.
