Hi,
i need help on undertsnading custom tax or duty?
also i will be purchasing some stock from the usa - Efashionwholesale to be precise, how does importing tax work on this?

Hi Dale - I am not familiar with the duty rate of clothing but generally when goods enter the country, the customs people (or your shipping company to be precise) will charge you VAT and DUTY on the value of the goods and shipping costs.

VAT is 15% obviously

If you are importing, you need an EORI number. Used to be called TURN.
