For video games disks its 3.5% duty and 17.5% vat, from that list, it may have changed since may 2005

These are EU Duty rates.
Country of origin not generall relevant unless a preference is involved (GSP/EUR) or an anti dumping duty (E.G. Certain shoes from China)
visit www.businesslink.gov.uk/tariff
Good and free info and look ups for Commodity Codes and Duty rates.
