Okay guys, heres the deal. Im currently filling in the Partnership Tax Return Form, for which the deadline is the 31st of this month. Everything has been filled in, bar one thing. That one thing is my partners UTR number. He doesn't have it and I definately don't have it. He has also phoned the HMRC but they have told him he isn't registered and doesn't have an UTR number, but the fact is he was working last December, the month where we both registered as Self Employed and our Partnership. What should I do?
