Don't quote me on this but as far as I'm aware it's not legal. If your shipment gets stopped at customs you lose it - it's happened to a friend of mine. Basically you're avoiding paying the tobacco duty and the gov't don't like people who avoid paying them money :P

That doesn't really get around the fact that UK duties have not been paid making it illegal to sell it here. I've known quite a few people get busted for that in the past. I'd definitely check the UK regs on it before committing to it.

1. we have 50 % of the clients from UK. from 100 men - the problems with reception were only at 3 (they have received the full refund).
2. i shall explain to you: in our country of a cigarette are much cheaper than at you, because, your government struggles not for your health , it thinks only of that as you more to impose with the taxes.

Quotes on UK law -
Quote:
Buying goods abroad Entering the UK from the European Union (EU): if you buy any goods on which tax was paid in another EU member country, you don't have to pay any more tax in the UK. However, goods such as alcohol and tobacco must be for personal use only - i.e. for consumption by you or to be given as gifts. It is illegal to sell or take payment for these goods as they will then be considered to have been brought into the country for commercial purposes, and you could face up to seven years in prison if you are caught.
|
Quote:
Buying on the Internet
You'll need to pay customs and VAT on goods purchased on the Internet if they are above a certain value. If the amount of duty is £7 and over, you'll need to pay customs duty. If the value of the goods is £18 or over, you'll also need to pay VAT. You won't need to pay UK customs duty if the goods were purchased in an EU country, but you'll need to pay the VAT on the goods in that country if applicable.

following: 1. - all people all over the world save money - on save money also buy gifts to the children. 2. - your government tomorrow still will increase cost of cigarettes - not because it cares of you or yours health, not because the manufacturing of cigarettes requires(demands) more expenses. that is why that it will put it to itself in a pocket. 3. who has told you what it not legally? Phillip Moriss has given a bribe to government?! to not lose the clients and money?!
