Hi i would like to take this opportunity to say hi to all members and congradulate the moderators for a job well done ive been a member of other forums but none as informative as this forum. Any ways ive started trading my company is called TWD which stands for Thompson Web Design, i also have been trying other things including telephone line supplier and internet, pc repairs and upgrades, im in the middle of setting up my store. I joined the forum because it doesnt matter how much you think you know about the internet theres still alot to be learn't and im sure with the help of this forum it could save me an others alot of money as ive researched for dropshippers and the scams ive came accross is unbelievable as the economy is bad at the minute, people are looking online to setup there business now more so than ever scammers are taking advantage of this and people needs to know how and what sites to avoid and this is the very place to be so i would recommend this forum to anyone starting a business especially involving dropshipping.

Well, the best thing that the rest active members could do is just welcome them couldn't we?

The thing is, if people out there want to be in the wholesale business and are damm serious bout it, they'll learn as much as they can on this forum or whatever else forums available out there. If not, then so be it.

We can't force them. Having lots of posts is one thing. Having lots of constructive ones are totally different and harder to achieve. So yeah, if we're sincere about our posts as advices, we wouldn't expect anything back would we?

This forum is great! I've been on quite a few others and nowhere else has there been such great advice freely given. I've been selling for a number of years and doing ok but I know I could be doing really well and have got stuck in a rut a bit so I'm really glad to have found this forum as there are so many great ideas, good advice and good suppliers too.

I do have some experience so I hope I can also help others. I especially do know of a lot of great U.S. sources of pretty much every kind of merchandise, electronics, games, computer parts, clothing, you name it (I sell beauty products and mostly import from the U.S. and in the course of looking for suppliers came across good suppliers of just about everything else!) So, if anyone is looking to import from the U.S. and wants to know here to find good suppliers, do ask me. Justy don't ask about beauty product suppliers because I';m keeping the best ones to myself!!!

I know in the US, many forums play high school, cat-fight types of games. I have a couple of boards I wont EVEN post on. I could say the sky is blue when cloudless during the day and an argument, not a debate, and argument would ensue.

I don't see that here, and feel comfy thus far.

LOL, yes, I shall introduce myself sometime soon, I just got caught up in the threads (I like research) and now I'm getting cottage cheese brain from too much info.

I've lurked on a few other forums before, TWF is the first I've felt compelled to sign up to.

Hi everyone, I'm Andy. just join the forum tonight. I'm hoping to get as much info as possible from your guys before starting out on-line. so far so good. hopefully saved money not registering with certain sites despite top google listings. I'm quite interested in the dropshipping side. any advice on a decent place to start? Is it that much of a gamble as to where you get your products ie DHgate (which have looked at and am wary of fakes). FYI I'm interested in electric, jewellery and watches.
Thanks!

Well, It's impossible to force or persuade users to write posts actively. There can be hundreds of reasons why they dont want to take active part in forum. However, from my side, I am willing to learn, extract and digest all info available here and, of course, share my experience and knowledge Thumbs up!
