Personally im with AOL and have never had any issues with them and im a 'heavy user' although I only have my downloads on a night. But i do refuse to have the AOL software installed on my PC because quite frankly unless you want to use the parental controls its pretty much useless and a resource hogger. I dont have a AOL email so dont use it. But I wouldnt go for this as I wouldnt want a 24 month contract. AOL are easy to haggle with to, I have finished my 1 year a long time ago and havent signed another contract so can leave whenever and they know it which is why they gave me there best package for the price of the medium package, I love to haggle thats how I got a free sky+ box of sky to.
As soon as your contract is up with these big companys ythey will do almost anything to keep you if you have the front to call them and haggle.

But all in all a laptop would not make me change providers. I wouldnt change to a company that had to give me something 'cool' in the first place.

All of these are usually scams, or have some type of cost!
