Here are the Free Carts and a few comments -

AgoraCart - Very adaptable, good for US, but not the best for international. Does NOT have a customer file, so there are no customer records kept within the cart, but you will have them in your billing program. Ties into many US credit card processors. Uses it's own database, which makes uploading your inventory and price changes a snap. Just edit in a spreadsheet and upload to the cart.

CubeCart - By far the easiest to set up and get started with. The current version does cost, but the previous version is still available at no cost. This is the one we install. Very good for UK, EU and Australian use, in addition to the US. A very popular cart with many features and many more "modifications" available to customize it to your look and capabilities. Does not have an Import function, which makes it time consuming entering a large number of items.

OS Commerce - The grandaddy of the free, open source, shopping carts. It can be made to do about anything, but is limited "out of the box". Not easy to set up, with many options that must be sorted through before you can start selling. Does not have a built in database, but there is a free utility program to import the files into the MySQL database.

ZenCart - A variation of OS Commerce (there are many). The "back office" is better organized, but all of the same hoops and whistles as OSC must be jumped through before starting. It also uses the same import utility as OSC for uploading your data.

Again, we will install any of these free when you host with us.

That is Install Only. It does not include any work on the carts, nor any support. They all have free support forums where you can get virtually any question answered.

We will work on your cart for a fee. We strongly suggest you do it yourself. This is going to be your business, you need to "get your hands dirty". In addition, much of getting going is basically filling in the blanks. Why pay use to ask you for your name and address, your state sales tax rate, your shipping rates and then us turn around and enter them in the same fields you can go to on your own and answer the questions directly?
