I just got an email, as I'm sure many of the folks who have already joined the membership site I promote have, saying the owner is going to raise his price from $ 12.99 to $ 17.99 within the next 10 days or so. It looks like he'll let me keep it where I am, but I can't guarantee that.

I'm not trying to use scare tactics, but if you are considering joining and have not yet done so, I'd suggest doing so by the 14th of January.

I'm doing this as a favor to him and have had his OK for underselling him in the past, but I do not want to upset him by keeping the low price if he has a problem with it.
