Website Design - Full CMS included - £299!!!
EDIT: PRICE DROP - Now only £249!
SPECIAL OFFER - £249 for a website with CMS
From the 30th march to the 7th April pinpointdesigns are offering a full 4 page site with a Content Managment System (CMS) that allows you to easily and quickly change images and text on your website via an online system.
This is a business venture I am now setting up with a business partner, and we need to create some websites to add to our portfolio.
Because of this, we will be offering this service for only £249 with 1 years hosting free of charge (you will have to purchase the domain name only).
These sites would be great if you have a business that requires either a facelift, or just starting from scratch. We are currently not doing ecommerce stores so the pages will be standard text with images and contact forms (other scripts can be added at an extra cost).
This offer if for a limited amount of time only, and for a site with a content management system in, you generally would be paying in the region of £800+ minimum.
You can view a few of sites we have designed on the following links:
The type of site you will be getting for £299!:
You can have your site designed like any of the above, but we feel that to get some clients onboard, you need sites that are more designed, here are some examples:
www.ccstyles.com (a current template we are designing that uses our content management system).
We are currently working on a telecoms companies website and a printing companies website, so far, they are extremely happy with their websites and we are making great progress.
YOUR SITE WILL BE READY WITHIN 14 DAYS (usually less than a week!)
WE DO NOT USE TEMPLATES!
Thank you for reading

Just a quick update:
We can also do logo design for your business at no extra cost...
Remember, your site can be updated easily by yourself! No need to hire a website coder every time you want something changed.
The system is so easy to use that you don't need to have any experience in coding at all! A WYSIWYG editor has the same layout as Microsoft Word!
Thanks!

Hi There,
Thanks for your enquiry.
We do work with cubecart, so we can do ecommerce, however, it isn't within this special offer. I don't know if you know anything about cubecart? But to summarise it, It is a free script that is very powerful (everything you need is either included or can be included by installing mods that are available commercially). To get started with one, you would just need a skin, we can do this. As for prices for a skin and mod installations, it would depend on what you want.
If you want a quote. Please email enquiries@pinpointdesigns.com with a breif description of your business (for example, what you sell), any websites you like the look of (if you want us to work around a theme), colour schemes and what kind of features you would like the site to have. Also, if you have a budget for your project, It would be good to know that so we can work around it to see mods etc if you need them.
If you only have a few products, you may be better purchasing our CMS system, as you could just use paypal links for payment, and although you wouldn't be able to incorporate features like coupon codes, mailing lists etc as easy, it would look better than having a empty store. Though this depends entirely on the site you want and how many products you have.
Please get back to me if you are interested, I'm sure we can work you our a fantastic price.
Regards
Lewis Sellers

Usually to build up a portfolio, Designers will offer their services for free to do things such as logos and business cards (Websites are likely to be reduced, as you've done)
Cheers,
Ben

Every one has their own strategies If we are cheaper than other competitors and we do a good job. Then it makes our clients happy, and were happy because it builds our portfolio

Our main reason for this would be that we simply don't have the time to build websites from scratch with incorporated CMS systems (that generally you would pay £800+ for) and give them away free of charge. If we were in the position where I had all the time in the world and I thought it would gain me a lot of business, then I would do it, but it isn't the case...
Another reason we wouldn't do this, is because people would want websites building, and they may not use them (not getting our name around) and we would have to discriminate between other people.
Regards
Lewis

I'm not suggesting you design free websites, Just a couple of logos. Surely they don't take that much time?

Good logos take a lot of planning and sometimes a lot of reviews. I'd probably spend about 6 hours atleast on a logo doing revisions to make sure that I was happy with it. Business cards take ages just because you have to setup all the bleed lines, work with them, and a lot of the time, the layout looks great on one side, but doesn't fit the other side (something which we have had problems with on our business cards).
At the end of the day, nothing in life comes free, or atleast anything of real substance. We could push out rubbish free of charge, but thats not what we are in this for. We want to provide a decent service that our clients will be happy with both before and after their site is complete.
Regards
Lewis
