Pinpoint Play - Online Auction Site

I had a full customised website and everything created for a business I was planning on getting started a few months ago. Unfortunately, I've taken other things on and not really had chance to get it going due to a couple of my other businesses getting a lot more orders. So I've decided to sell it, and I thought I'd give everyone on the forum the first chance.

The site runs using the Phpprobid software. All the features of this software can be found at the following link:

The website that I am selling can be found at www.pinpointplay.com.

The website itself has a 100% unique skin that was created by the phpprobid company and it cost us nearly £1000.00 in total to have it created. All the software is configured, and is ready to use once the payment gateways are setup with your email address' etc.

Whoever wins this business, will receive two domain names (registered until 01/05/2010 with godaddy.com). These are www.pinpointplay.com and www.pinpointplay.co.uk. You will also be given the license for the phpprobid software for Pinpointplay. We also had some A6 flyers in photoshop, that we will include with this that were created by a professional Graphic designer to fit in with the style of the website. They are in PSD format and currently have no text on so they can be modified.

Basically, you will receive all rights to Pinpoint Play, all the licenses you need and all the software, source files etc.

Obviously, this site has massive potential, and if you have the time to get this going, I think it would be a great success. For anyone who is still wondering what the site is, it is a Dedicated online market place for games, consoles and accessories.

We are hoping to get offers in excess of £800, as we will still be making a loss on this, but it is open to bids.

Just another quick thing to add. Hosting is included and paid for until around the 6th of January 2009. At this stage, you will have to either move server or pay the renewal cost.

The hosting is all with PHPprobid, and I think it costs around £50 per year.

Hi There,

Thank you for all the positive responses. The whole site cost quite a lot of money, and we did a lot of revisions until we thought it was exactly what we wanted. Everyone who has seen it thought it was very well designed and said it would be a good business opportunity, however, we simply don't have the time which is why we are selling it.

Obviously where all the gaps are is where all the auctions appear, so when It's live, it won't appear like that.

We have also had a lot of people ask what the highest bid is, unfortunately, we feel that it is best to keep this between both us and each client who is interested in purchasing the site. This makes it fair for anyone who is interested.
