is there italian language in this model?

Hi,

I bought 3 mini phones from your site on the 17th of this month and at the time the stock levels for this product were at 30. It is now the 26th and the order status still says "processing", and now the stock level for this product says 0. I have emailed you about this order and you have not replied, needless to say I am very disapointed with both your communication and processing of orders. I want the products either shipped first thing tommorow morning or I want a refund as soon as possible.
