Forgive my ignorance greedyboy but these plug in to a standard TV/monitor?

Good question! Yes they do.

They have an industry standard BNC connector and therefore you simply need a BNC -> RCA (or scart) cable and connect the it to the appropriate inlet on your TV.

We stock plug n play RCA/BNC cables (power and video) in lengths of 10m and 20m.

If you want to record the image we also have a budget 2 channel DVR with motion detection which records to internal memory and accepts a SD card.

Its just what I need for my grandparents. They are in their 80s and housebound and some blighters keep coming to the door in the middle of the night and ringing the bell - would like to catch the little b*****ds at it!!
