The question I would be interested in is whether one does not have to expect legal problems selling these on ebay and elsewhere given their striking similarity to a product of a big American company which has a fruit in their logo.

Does anybody have trustworthy information on that?

Thank you for the reply, even though it is not exactly what I was looking for. Has anybody ever been given sound legal advice on this question? Or has anybody had good or bad experiences?
I'm sorry Pete, I don't mean to spoil the party, and I do find your products very interesting, but I'm just concerned because I've had some unpleasant encounters with intellectual property rights on the internet in a completely unrelated issue.

I can't say about ebay, these are new to me. And I've never sold on ebay myself. So, you don't have to worry about me selling there.

As far as when, I hope to get the info over the weekend, but I'd say definitely by Monday.

First things will be shuffles, touch and memory. No particulars at this time, but should have by Monday.

Haven't even given it a thought.

Now that you've forced me to, I doubt that I will.

We do plan on some other wholesale routes, but have never discussed retailing or auctions, and I'm not interested in that.

Never say never, but no plans for it.

As far as selling any of these things I've got and I'm talking about, I feel there is a lot of one on one sales to be made.

Fellow workers, students, club members. Neighbors, pub mates, etc. Just the "look at what I got for xxxx" factor can get orders. Some have mentioned printing up sales sheets and putting in a binder.

And I'm sure there must be some indoor car boots and such. Christmas is coming, these are great "stocking stuffers" and I'd think might fir as work-place gift exchanges, etc.

Start talking them up now, November will be the time to sell. You might even consider "terms" with your mates. Half down, half when they come in. Or 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 weekly. Get the terms right and the price won't matter.

Start your own "Christmas Club". So much a week then order mid-November.

Think outside the box.
