you need to say whether prices are + or inc VAT

Just to clarify again, as said in another thread. You are not VAT registered so therefore the price doesn't include VAT but you do not charge it either.

Hi maybe i wasnt clear No vat as I am not vat registered so I meant there is no further liability for the buyer.
