2.8" Touch MP4 Player with or without a Camera & Radio.

Product Description: UVRef: MP428-0101-03 - This player is of a similar style to the latest IPod Touch.

The player features a 1.3 megapixel camera, FM Radio, 8 equaliser modes & a Micro SD card slot allowing you to expand the memory.

The players dimensions are 105 x 59 x 12 mm. The screen is a TFT, touch screen, with 260k colors, 320 x 240 pixels.

Player plays AVI, mp3 & WMA formats.

Physical Status of Goods: Samples are on order but I have dealt with this supplier a lot with other products. The main purchases will be brokered but I will purchase these through my Credit Card for protection.

Thanks for pointing that out DM.

I will talk to my supplier about the possibility of dropshipping these to customers outside of Europe but they are a factory so might not be custom to doing this.

A Duty+Tax of 19.5% has been added to the item cost. According to my Duty table this player will have a duty of 2%. The discount won't be as large as 20% as the duty is based on the product value and not the total value including delivery...

I will confirm all this by Monday.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Many of you will be aware that there are two sets of firmware for these players.

The firmware shown on the images above is produced by Rockchip Solution. The other firmware which has more menu options on display is produced by Anyka Solution.

It is thought that the Rockchip Solution firmware is less superior to the Anyka version but this is not the case.

Although the Anyka Solution firmware does look better, when it is used on camera models it carries problems.

My supplier along with other quality manufactures in China all tested the Anyka solution firmware with the camera version for a CE certificate and it failed. This was because the models froze after time and then completely disabled.

We therefore cannot supply the camera models with the Anyka firmware as we will only sell products with a genuine CE mark.

If you have this model with a camera and the Anyka Solution firmware it is suggested you ask for the CE certificates and confirmation of the Manufacturers Warranty. It may be that the factory were your model has been supplied from did get a CE mark; but it is likely that they will not have this.

The Anyka Solution firmware does not have the same problems when used with the models that don't have cameras.

I am in talks with my supplier about supplying the none camera versions with the Anyka Solution Firmware.
