I've said over and over I love Competition. Now we've got it. Probably half a dozen on here offering this "same, but not quite the same" unit.

One of the things I like about Competition is it gives me a chance to improve my offerings. One area that has caught my eye is the length of Warranty. Mine right now is 6 months, others offer a year. So, I've gone to my factory and asked them to also go a year. Everyone wins - if they will. No answer yet.

Not that it really matters! In products such as these, as with computers and phones, etc., they work out of the box and keep working until they are lost, backed over in the driveway or dropped in the toilet. So, the only warranty that counts is the Dead On Arrival (DOA) replacement. After that it will disappear before it breaks.

The year warranty is very important - it's the law for sellers in the UK to give atleast 12 months warranty on electrical goods.

Great. Ours is going to be 2 years tomorrow.

And they are checking on the ipod connection deal.

Even looking at some cases. never can tell what may happen. No guarantees, but very possible.

I keep saying competition is good for everyone.

I've just been working on my site nonstop and let claims slide a few days.

It will all work itself out.

wrong thread i know but if you get hold of a few different styles of cases for all the products you sell i would buy and im sure alot of others who buy from you would also.
packs like 5,10 20 50 100 etc

No problems that I am aware of.

Not the first customer has mentioned a problem. They may have had one and have not mentioned it. but I would think they would have brought it up here on the forum.

I want to make it clear that any posts about competing firmware on 2.8" touchscreens applies to the products offer by that seller and has no bearing on what I am offering here.

I have had a number of buyers ordering these units time after time, often several times a week, in all GB ranges, with never the first complaint.

Every one has had a video / still camera included and no problems at all with any of the functions.

In fact, these units are the most popular one item I sell and other than one screwed up shipping problem, not one problem or even a the hint of one has been raised about these units.

Please do not paint all products with a single brush. That is not the case at all with these superior units. These are great values for both you as a seller and for your customers.

i can vouch for these mp4 touchscreens excellent quality very quick response from the touchscreen menu and the camera is really good quality.
touchscreen mobiles that i ordered were also very good and very quick delivery.
