The Wholesale Forums Acquires Online Trader Community
London, UK. – Wednesday 19th November, 2008 – The Wholesale Forums (
www.thewholesaleforums.co.uk) announced today that it has agreed to acquire the Trader Online Forum (
www.traderonlineforum.com), the online traders help and advice community led by online publisher and marketer Richard Grady for an undisclosed sum.
Following the acquisition, which is believed to be completed by Tuesday 25th November, the Trader Online Forum will be merged with the larger and more active of the two communities, The Wholesale Forums in an agreement to merge the two communities.
“Richard has built up quite a substantial community over the last six years and one that many of our own members have contributed to. The opportunity of an acquisition emerged so naturally we were delighted to agree terms and absorb his community,” said Anthony Trollope, Community Administrator of The Wholesale Forums.
“Our communities were born on the same premise; they were created to be a resourceful and knowledgeable portal for buyers and sellers alike to converse and share their business experiences. The Wholesale Forums is now entering a period of exponential growth and we look forward to welcoming Richard’s members and their contributions into their thriving new home.”

When the acquisition is complete, the Trader Online Forum will be merged with The Wholesale Forums and its existing brand entity, therefore consolidating both communities. The Wholesale Forums will continue to build on its success as one of the world’s largest and most popular communities for wholesale buyers and sellers.
