I am going to set up my own site and now I am considering buy a domain and web hosting service in UK or US,any one has good idea about which company can supply best service to me ( my budget for both are $60) ,thanks.

Is the $60 going to cover your domain/hosting fee's for a year?

You can buy a domain isn't more than $10 a year...and you can find many free hosting sites (that will host a domain for you) that allow many features like .php.

Some just off the top of my head are...

freedomsnet.net (Not sure if they are still up and running)
4000webs.com
amfu.com

4000webs is probably the best bet, their uptime is around 99%...but if you do want/need more bandwidth or space (which you most likely won't) you should probably go through globat.com.

Globat offers some ridiculous amount of storage and bandwidth, if memory serves me its like 1,000GB storage and 300GB Bandwidth for just under $7 a month.

All-in-all unless you expect a ridiculous amount of traffic just go for a free web hosting site. I've used all forms of hosting including free and globat (as well as other paid hosts) and I've found the free ones to work more than fine.

There are also many hosts that will supply you with free domain names and then host them all under one package deal....

Hostmonster.com is I believe one such site where for $5-6 a month (which would keep you under $60 per year) you can host multiple domain names. But I'm pretty sure that they don't support many extensions which was very annoying!

One last thing I just remembered is when you are looking for a host try to sign-up for some type of "Commerce" or "Webstore" package. Some hosts provide free shopping carts and SSL Secure Servers.

I know there must be huge traffic that can generate,as this would be a wholesale & retail site similar to chinavasion, possibly the PS3,XBOX360,Ipod(authentic,although possibly there will be no business for this,but this will be helpful in generating traffic)I think.I will appreciate your more valuable advice,thanks.For detailed categories:

I think you would probably be better off with the "E-Commerce Package" you will want the SSL Certificate and the checkout system (unless you already have that planned out)
