I agree in generality about what has been said above. Simon was very like able yet the weakest out of the three left in the boardroom. I do think both Alex and Claire lacked respect for him , throughout the duration of the task i.e. from the very start to the very end.

I have no respect for Alex after the way he was on that episode. He saw claire was getting a telling off so he said he thought it was claires fault then saw simon was getting the poo end of the stick so jumped on simon.

They made a ton in just 2 days work me thinks Anyone think Sir Alan made the wrong decision AGAIN? I think it was pretty even to be honest I really didn't know who he was going to fire but I would of said lucinda seen as she messed about for the past tasks then failed on this one.

I think that Lindi was carrying some baggage from previous tasks, she was the person who suggested the "asking for tips" on the laundry tasks. I also think that in the photography task Lucinda raised the point that she didnt know what she was doing and Helene just steam rolled over her, to the point that in the board room Sir Alan asked Helene why she didnt change the roles around. For that reason I think Sir Alan made her Project Manager. For some reason a lot of the women seem to have it in for Lucinda. Her main fault seems to be that she doesnt know when to keep quiet. When they went back to the boardroom and Sir Alan was quizzing the the three of them about what went on she should have shut up and not mentioned what others had said about team members.

In the end did she do an okay job as the project manager - seems to have done this time round but I wouldnt think she has long to go on the show.
