Rip off Britain??

Its something that is mentioned alot, prices in Europe, US etc are always cheaper.
Well over here its certainly doesnt seem that way. The following is only just one example but electronics/games etc over here are a right rip off. Noticed this company in an earlier post.

DS Lite UK - 89GBP

DS Lite Spain - 140EUR (approx 111GBP)

And this is one of the cheaper shops in Spain, the chains like GAME, FNAC, Saturn have the DS at €149.99. Same goes for the Wii, PS3 and the games are a right rip off €69.99 for a new PS3 or Xbox Game (Price taken from GAME). This is one area UK is definitely cheaper.......and why we sell DS Lites quicker than we get them in, we sell for €134.99

I know there are probably other areas, local paper just did a food price comparison with Tesco and Asda against the two largest here and food here was about 15% cheaper but for luxery goods people get stung here.

Ripped off British public, you are not alone lol.
