What can be worse for people who earn a living on the Internet? Yes, Spam is a pain, and dealing with idiots and people who can't read or write is a pain, etc, etc. But when all your sites are down (yet again). Grrrrr!!!

We're losing visitors, potential revenue, and if anyone we've resold to gets p!ssed off, then we have to deal with that too. Yeah, we all have to make a living but it's got to the stage where I'm tearing my hair out.

Anyone else feel the same if it happens to you?

Yes, I've had a few "issues" recently. Usually at weekends when the "support" staff are attending a funeral.

Right now all my emails are being bounced.

Ah, thanks for that, Martin. Dave tried to contact you recently and wondered why you'd not responded.

We're back up now but everything was down for about four hours today. It's gone beyond the stage where we'll listen to excuses any more.
