It is indeed..... although you could say im cheating a little. This is a business connection not personal. We have a 40mb line which is throttled but the download speed still should be a lot higher than that ! We are on the case now finding out why.

Mine is utter crap. I think it is a disgrace that it is so slow in this area. Really need virgin to get into the area or investment into the countries bb.
