JJB Sports no longer exists in my area - you're lucky to have a job!

Got to agree with the all who have already posted, when I was your age I worked for Index and was being paid £3.73 an hour, unlike others I was wise, worked hard saved my cash. Use it as experience and a stepping board for the futurure as soon as you hit 17 you will see your wages increase anyway.

your wages are prpbably about right for most people working your age...my first wage packet was about £3.70 an hour working in a bakery, again i did it purely for money but hated the job and outfit etc, still atleast you get experienc in customer service etc..
also im assuming you also study or have other plans in the longer term, i only did my low paid jobs as i was a full time student.

Have you heard of all these people losing their jobs when they rant about their employers on facebook etc? I'd be careful.

Have you heard of all these people losing their jobs in the current 'climate'?
Be proud/ happy you even have a job, regardless of pay.

If it really annoys you that much...leave. Let someone who WANTS a job have it.
