Anybody using Internet Explorer Beta 3?
Anybody decided to try out Internet Explorer Beta 3?
I downloaded it today and am having a test of it. Definitely essence of FireFox in it, with the newly added tabs and general look and feel to the browser.
It integrates nicely with the Google Toolbar as well.
I've noticed a few bugs already so will probably revert back to IE6 in the next few days. Can't be doing with thing's that don't work!
Anybody else tried it out?

I'll stick with what I know best!
Dont like Beta versions, as they can cause to many problems. Rather wait until they are finished versions but with MS that never happens

Yeah I couldn't agree more. However I was just tempted a little by this one.
It's locked up a few times as well, but fair play it is a beta.
Back to IE6 tomorrow me thinks..

I recently upgraded to Opera 9 which is great. Have you guys tried Opera yet? It's really fast and clean, plus very customizable. I like the mouse motions too, for moving forward/backward, duplicating windows etc. Actually there are still a lot of things I need to learn about it yet but I'm impressed so far.

I just downloaded and installed IE7 B3. What bugs do you see ? How do you turn on the "File / Edit"
toolbar or has that been taken away ? It just feels wierd. I forgot to backup my IE6 so can I revert by
just re-downloading IE6 and installing it again ?

Just uninstall IE7 B3 like I did and it reverts you back to your previous install.
I gave up last night as it crashed a couple of times and the spellchecker provided with the Google Toolbar didn't work. It looks fresh and has great potential, but it's definitely not quite there yet!

Thanks. If IE7 B3 has any major problems, I will uninstall it. The yahoo toolbar seems to be working
fine. I am very used to using mozilla still.

I am using Firefox since about a year now. I have been very happy with it and especially like the tab-browsing. Since the last version though there are a lot of speed issues, especially with sites that make use of flash. I have been considering going back to IE, but now I hear about the problems you guys have with it, I guess I will wait.

It's IE 7 Beta that's the problem, IE 6 is stable and fine!
