hi, i have found a contact that use to do l/c and bank tt, he is about to open a merchant account on his website that you can use to pay by credit cards.

if a person is able to open a merchant account does that mean he is ok to deal with or could i still be scammed?

i was checking on internet and that people who want to open a merchant account have to deal with there banks or something like that, so they must be ok right? or can they still scam you, i have been checking this company for over 1 year now and have not brought from them yet and there prices are very very low and they only sue to do unsafe payment methods, but that will change soon!
