Hey,
I don't use paypal often so I don't know all about it so I was wondering if you could give me some help.
I sold something on ebay, the person paid but now I need to give them a full refund. How do I do this? Also, does it cost me anything?
Thanks
Scott

At the bottom of the payment page where you are reading the transaction details there is button. 'Refund Payment' - Click that and follow the on-screen instructions.
