I asked for DHL (door to door) but they've given me airport to airport!

It's only 45kg / 2 pcs, last time customs clearance cost £90 + £40 delivery. Anyone know anything cheaper than that?

It's to Heathrow.

I learnt an important lesson, make sure your PI is 100% crystal clear, ask your supplier to ammend it if need be.

My supplier has given me a '2 USD discount' for next order, I just hope it's per unit!

Make sure shipping says 'Express' and not 'air' or 'by air'. Easy mistake for a newbie.

I asked for DHL. They wrote 'air' on my PI. I double checked if it was DHL I was getting, they said yes.

As a newbie can you explain your quote above to me please?

I assume "Express" will mean the goods will be by ship and not plane?
