Default CC to bank account transfer

hi,
another newbie question most probably!
i am trying to find a way to transfer funds to my account from my partners credit card. whats the fastest way to do this without inccuring the 16% charge on this? i dont want to use paypal as it takes to long.. any idea's?
its not a business account, so i cant accept cc payments yet. moneybookers appears to have a service for this, but it takes 48 hours to confirm details.

Which 16% charge you are talking about? There is going to be a charge whichever way you do it. How much depends upon the credit card company and the method yo choose. 16% sounds outrageous, though.

The quickest ways would be for your partner to either draw cash on the credit card through an ATM or over the bank counter and hand it over to you, or to draw a credit card cheque and hand that over or pay it into your account.

sorted now!

thanks anotheruser
yer, i thought it sounded insane, they'd got confused (either my partner or the telephone operator got their wires crossed) over the flat rate charges and The APR. 16% would be the interest if burrowed for a year, not the transfer fee. It works out to around 1.5% per month, which is fine.
