Good shipping agent needed

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good shipping agent to use.
I am currently importing 40 foot containers of exercise equiptment from China (about 6-10 a year).
I am getting charged approx £3500 GBP for the freight from Ningbo to UK (liverpool) but the price seems to be getting higher everytime I use them.
I pay the VAT and Import taxes on top of that.
If anyone can help that would be great

Shipping has increased by a huge amount in the last year. You only have to look at the price of oil to understand why.

As the price of oil is increasing so will the prices that you are quoted for shipping.

Way too expensive for a container. You can it for half that.

You are best using a freight agent in HK as it will be much cheaper than using a UK one.
