They have fovoured the dispute in my way and gave me a 50p refund which i will tell u is no where near wat i payed for the product. Does any1 no if im going to get more of the money back or wat i can do ...thks...Joe

Sounds like the seller cleared the account out and has done a runner with the money unfortunately. There is not a lot you can do. If you have his details you can take him to the small claims court for around £50.

Default is it secure then?

Yeah- my basic question was also going to be, that is paypla afterall secure? Alot of people ive noticed offer this and bank transfer as an option of payment. I know bank transfer is unsecure, but reading the comment above seems paypal is that secure as i thought it was.

Thks for the replies. I payed him with paypal which took money straight from my bank account. I havnt got any details from him accept his paypal and hotmail address. I thought wen i first started using paypal tht it was 100% secure but tht opinion has totally changed now. I was wondering just becuase his paypal account is clear why cant paypal refund the money by taking the money straight from his bank acoount or by charging his credit/debit card becsue paypal will have all the details ...Joe
