The quotes given normally include freight, THC (terminal handling costs), security, BAF (which fluctuates on a monthly basis, oil), you may need a pre-carriage or and on-carriage, transport of the container in origin and destination.
Cost which are not placed in a normal quote tend to be customs clearance costs, T3 costs, you will need to ask how many free days you have to unload container, normally 3-5 days, if you go over this you will incur further costs.
