I only let friends and family use it but I hear you can get serious dough in July/August time.

Definitely yeah, villa next to us is a rental and they rent it out for 1000 per week in July and August and its fully booked this summer. Sounds alot but its a 4 bed 3 bathroom with pool so could get quite a few people in there.

I actually thought that was cheap for that spec. Not sure if I could have strangers in the gaff unless it was Girl's Aloud or Porn Movie being shot

For locations its not bad as its not right in a holiday resort or anything and its about 15 min drive to beach and then its only Spanish shops restaurants etc (quite strange i know spanish shops on the spanish coast)

Take it if that was the case you would have to be there to supervise to make sure all was ok and that girls aloud knew how to work the shower

I'd be landlord of the year!

My place is in Playa Honda which is mostly Spanish and about 20% English. Half of them live there permanently.

Not sure how you got in, we try and keep the riff raff out. Thats what 'The Strip' is for.

A bit quiet around there but only 2 minutes from the sea and the brits are mature and friendly. A couple of nice bars and the camp site down the road does a proper fry up with english bacon!!!

The next town up from me Los Belones is really nice. It's just like a small village and believe it or not has a curry house! Although I wouldn't feed it to my dog! There is a courtyard there and a few decent restaurants. I recommend the chinese, it's the best in spain!

You might wanna get your missus to bring food with her when she comes over as everything is running out over here. 2 petrol garages near us are dry and the 3 supermarkets near us have no meat, fish, veg and only a few bottles of water. 1 petrol garage is now closed too as they have run out.

having real trouble even getting beer for the bar - bloody nightmare at moment.

Fuel Protests by truckers. I hope everyone has filled up over the last few days, as Shell are going on strike for a few days and there is a lot of panic buying going on at the moment.
