I stayed sober last night, sorry. It won't happen again.

Yes, it came up this time. The first time it just sat. I went away and came back, still just black.

Now that I think about it, I got a couple of emails on that. I just use my PayPal debit card and get some cash back.

The fill in the blanks seems worthwhile.....

We still cannot withdraw any payment from Paypal directly in China. Paypal does not have good services in China..

It's definately not the time for Paypal to make a move in China yet. Imagine all the horrible reports and claims they would get in the first few months.. the first year.. for the next 10 years. Actually my mind is blocking me from thinking about it. A security mechanism if you will.

To be fair i don't think many chinese scammers would sign up to use paypal and only the legit companies would. The fact Paypal is not accept in China makes it very hard for legit companies to show new customers they are legit as often they can only accept Western Union.

PayPal have offered virtual credit cards for the past 3 years or so but it was always well hidden on the website. I could only ever find it by Google searching.
