When you order a container of stuff do you get to keep the container? How much can you sell these for?

No you don't get to keep it.

Roughly about 1000.

You can pick up a used container for around £400 it may not look very glam but it will be watertight and in good nick which is what you need, there is a vendor in Perry Bar (Birmingham) from whom I purchased one a few years back I think they charges £80 extra for local delivery but its still out there doing its thing, need a bit of grease ever now and then but all in all shipping boxes are a good little storage solution that dont take up much space.

If you buy one be sure you check local regs and requirements for where your going to put it. If your thinking of a 40 footer go for the high top and rack it out, gives you an extra bit of space without expanding the area covered. Dont forget condensation.

Actually, if you get a container load of goods you pay demurrage on the container itself. It belongs to the shipping company and they rent it to you, it is not yours to keep.

As mentioned above, they can be purchased, but I don't think that was your question.

Generally you have 24 hours to unload it, anything more and you pay for the time. You will also pay for the drayage fee for bringing the contaier to you.
