Unclaimed Payment on Paypal

Hi There,

I have just recieved a payment on paypal from Australia, and it is coming up unclaimed. I just wondered if anyone could help me with what this means and if it is still safe to send the item.

If you're a seller, "you have to claim it" yourself. There's should be a button next to the payment record in PayPal.

Claim the payment before you ship the goods.

And make sure you are sending the goods to a confirmed paypal address by a method that is trackable online, or you will not be covered by the paypal seller protection policy.
