Do they offer this service to none US residents?
There are loads of merchant accounts advertised and Im sure someone will direct you to them if you ask.
Be sure to read ALL the details of any you are interested in.

Out of interest, what attracted you to look elsewhere from the standard merchants like; Protx, NetBanx, 2Checkout, Authorize and so for?
