Default PayPal - no shipping address provide?

Hello guys,
I have a quick question regarding PAYPAL shipping address. I have a customer check out item directly from my website and pay with PAYPAL. He provided the shipping address when checking out, however, when I log in PayPal, there is no shipping address provided for PAYPAL and the seller's protection is ineligible. Now, I wonder is it because the customer pay by credit card without register a PAYPAL account (express payment)? And is it safe to send him the item?

Thank you.

If you have the money in your account why not post it?

There is an option for buyers that allows them to not give their address in Paypal for a transaction, if they supplied an address at checkout then its ok.

What happen if customer file a charge back and I don't have seller's protection (ineligible)? Will I lose both item and money? Thanks.

Default delivery confirmation and paypal and shipping

Delivery Confirmation service is the best way to protect yourself from fraudulent transactions. When the buyer buys something, and when you ship, make sure you get a delivery confirmation service attached to it, so that when the buyer gets the product, it leaves a paper trail. Not all countries support the delivery confirmation service, but for those that do it is a godsend for those doing business over the internet. Paypal has a way for you to enter tracking information attached to the product sold, and you should take advantage of this service, as it provides proof of shipment to the country in question.

What you should do is to put a webpage up for support, and this page you should provide a link to http://www.edepot.com/world.html for buyers to track their shipping. delivery confirmation is very cheap
compared to tracking service. In an case, in your support page, provide that link and tell the buyer that they should click on their country and look up the postal office website for their country and enter the delivery confirmation number that you provided them (and should be attached to the paypal transaction for their order).

Now, after the package has arrived at their country, they would need to sign for it. once it has been signed, it will go into the online database. from there you can check when they have received the package. This is a very good protection for the seller (as well as the buyer), so you should make a support page and put that link up along with details, like the average shipping time. try to use SAL (surface air lifted) service, as that is very quick but not as expensive as pure airmail. attached the delivery confirmation service and give the buyers that link to your support page that will describe the average time for shipment, and where to get the location of their country's postal service website (THIS IS IMPORTANT), as it allows them and you to get proof where the package is. Some countries like china have a outgoing tracking (look at the world depot link above), and most countries have the delivery confirmation online website.

Delivery confirmation provides no protection since it's not being sent to the credit card holders address.
