I was recently working with a new supplier who requested secure payment via AlertPay. These guys are total amateur/jokers. I signed up with them and tried to make a credit card transaction. Weeks go by and it never shows up to my supplier. I look back at the account and no record of any transaction - was there before, now gone. I check with my credit card company and it was never charged. I sent an email to customer service. No reply after a week. I give them a call and the guy tells me: 1) that basically they recieve 1000's of emails a wekk and they are not staffed to keep up with them and 2) they are having "problems" with their mechant account and can not actually process credit card transactions for probably a couple of weeks.

I would suggest that if you use these folks, you keep a close on the transaction. Frankly given how amateur it has been for me, I wouldn't recommend them. Not calling them a scammer, but not worth the hassle.
